                  With over 2,800 stores across the U.S., the opportunities in Store Management are extensive.* With plans to continue to expand our store network, we are committed to developing the early careers of our Retail Management team as our retail Associates are key to the success of our Company.


                  This pathway prepares you to run your own store if that’s where your passion lies. It also gives you the tools and knowledge to explore an alternative pathway, such as a career in Retail Operations. The store leadership pathway blends training with on-the-job experience to help you build the skills and knowledge needed to progress in your retail career. It starts with several weeks of intensive training to help you understand our business, followed by an in-store Assistant Manager role under the mentorship of the Store Manager.
