                  Our Loss Prevention team within our stores is a great way to start your career in Retail Management and Operations. The team focuses on policies, practices and procedures to prevent the loss of inventory within our stores and create a safe environment for Associates and customers.


                  In this 12-week paid internship, you'll learn about retail from the inside out and get a thorough understanding of why loss prevention is critical to every area of our business. Loss Prevention is partly about security, but it's also about managing change and using strategic thinking to maximize our profits.

                  As a Loss Prevention Intern, you’ll join a team in one of our stores or in our corporate headquarters, and – through a mix of classroom learning, on-the-job training and ongoing mentorship from your Development Partner – we’ll show you how our retail and distribution operations work and introduce you to the investigative methods that protect our business assets. This includes learning how our stores and shrink reduction programs work. You may also have the opportunity to participate in investigations and surveillance operations, give guidance to business leaders, and make strategic decisions.
